1 Introduction and Applicability

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit adds a ৳1,500 bonus, bringing the balance to ৳2,500; to withdraw that bonus, a wagering requirement of ৳1,500 × 10 = ৳15,000 must be met. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the specified wagering requirement is fulfilled.

5.3 Bonus Misuse Prohibited

6 Game Operation and Fair Play Policy

6.2 Technical Issues

If a disconnection or technical error occurs during a game session, the last valid result saved in the club99 system will be considered final. Bets from incomplete game sessions caused by an error may be refunded.

7 Sports Betting Special Terms

7.2 Event Cancellation or Postponement

7.3 Multi Bets

When placing a multi bet with multiple selections, all selections must win. If any single selection loses, the entire bet amount is lost. Including two related outcomes from the same match in a multi bet is prohibited.
